  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
    Custom or pre-order items may require additional time; details will be noted in the product description.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on our website or social media.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once your package has been shipped, responsibility passes to the carrier.

  • BS Tack & Supply is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.
    If your package does not arrive, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance. We are happy to help guide you through the claims process if needed.

6. Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

7. Local Pickup

  • Local customers may choose free local pickup at checkout. Pickup instructions will be sent by email once your order is ready.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
